Duralec Shipping Policy
Shipping Cutoff
All truck freight orders confirmed by 12pm and small parcel orders confirmed by 3pm will ship the same day.
Freight Minimums
Duralec offers free freight* on orders to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat rate shipping free of $50.
Damages
All freight damage is required to be reported on BOL at time of delivery and actual claims with correct quantities are required to be verified and submitted within 5 business days. Any exceptions outside of this may not be covered.
Shipping Terms
All shipments shall be FOB Seller’s facility in Schaumburg, Illinois or such other shipping point as Seller shall designate.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss passes to Buyer upon shipment by Seller from the Shipping Point. Buyer agrees that it shall be Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the carrier delivering Goods to Buyer has adequate insurance in full force and effect to cover any and all loss or damage to the Goods which may result from delivery or transport of the Goods.
